Who: Minagawa Hifumi and whoever comes across him. [OPEN]
What: Waking up.

Where: City; (Business district?)

Minagawa lazily opened his eyes and blinked a few times before taking in his surroundings.
He had apparently fallen asleep sitting up against a tall concrete building.
He wasn’t shaken by the fact that he had woken up someplace other than where he had fallen asleep. (A curse or spell gone wrong could have easily transported him to the other side of town, and he also couldn’t rule out the possibility of sleepwalking) But he was a bit concerned that this area didn’t look like anywhere he had been before.
“Hm.” He said aloud before standing up and unknowingly dumping his cat out of his lap. “Oh, Sukekiyo! You’re here too? That’s good.”
He smiled and gathered the mass of black fur up into his arms. The cat ‘mrow’ed loudly and curled against him.
“So you don’t know where we are either?” Minagawa asked, glancing around the area.
Another meow.
“I see, we’ll just have to find someone who does know.”
He took a few steps forward before hitting something with the tip of his foot and sending it skittering out into the street. He walked after it and picked it up; turning it over, then back again in the hand that wasn’t holding his cat.
He looked around to see if there was anyone who’d dropped it, but the area was completely empty.
“What luck we’re having today Suke’~” He said, turning on the device “It’s a PDA, and one that’s still functioning. Strange design I’ll admit, but very nice. It must be a new model.”
He fooled with it for a few moments before deciding that finding his way back to work would be the ideal way to spend his time. He was after all still wearing his uniform, which meant he was still on the clock and there were cakes to be made.
He slipped the device into his pocket, and began walking down the street.
