Elena was heading back form the pharmacy with some more medicine for her sister when she noticed a young man with a black car walking down the street

Minagawa noticed a young blond girl walking down a street that intersected the one he was on. He picked up his pace a bit and waved to her, hoping she wouldn't continue walking.
"Ah, Miss~!" he called out when he was a little bit closer.
