A Song of Ice and Fire Lunch menu

Oh wow, this sounds amazing! What a great celebration. I've made a couple of recipes from that cookbook and all are solid. The sansa salad is a variation on a popular style of salad in the US. Its one of my favorites!

I really wanted to make the Sansa Salad, but I couldn't find any flowers.
It was actually one of the few parties that I have thrown were I got to have much fun: usually I am running late and still cooking when the guests arrive.

My first parties were like that. Then I got better at it :)

I didn't make it with the flowers either. They ran out of edible flowers at my local fancy grocery store. But I've eaten edible flowers before in tea sandwiches and I dont think they had any flavor, just beauty.
