Goodbye Red Rock - Hello Choo Choo
Well - it's over. The Red Rock was sold out from under me and the new owner decided that I didn't need to work there. So back to the Choo Choo and my little train car. At least I'll be back to cooking upscale and not having to work 18 hour days for a while. -

So what's with the band MSTRKRFT??? My night sous didn't show cause he's on his way to Atlanta for the show. He's with my morningn sous (who at least showed for work) and my only floor waitress just left - fully understanding that I am prob gonna fire her ( Read more... ) -
