I just found out that Diana Gabaldon's 'Outlander' is being made in to a movie.  2011 scheduled date.  Diana's listed as the writer, so not sure what all that translates to on the movie.  IMDB has no info on it since it's 'in production' and their new business model is worthless on such things.  More info to be

Yup, I has most definitely read all 7 of her books. LOL. LOVE them. Well okay not the last two so much...too much history and not enough Jaime and Claire for my liking. LOL.

As for movie? They have been taunting us on her website for years and nada yet. I'll actually believe it when I see previews for it. Her biggest issue has been who she pictures as Jaime and Claire. Nobody can really be what you see in your imagination. And i agree. Not sure if a movie will be a good thing or not. Depends on the director they hire I suppose.
