serenityblue , this is mostly for you, but... I just found out that Diana Gabaldon's 'Outlander' is being made in to a movie. 2011 scheduled date. Diana's listed as the writer, so not sure what all that translates to on the movie. IMDB has no info on it since it's 'in production' and their new business model is worthless on such things.
