*hugs* I haven't watched for a few seasons but it seems a mistake to me to end what was essentially a cute, fluffy show with a Serious Tragic Ending. Also, Arthur is supposed to live into middle age, ie older than Bradley! Better to have ended with all the knights setting off to quest or if they had to do Arthur's death, make it more clear that this is just a temporary state: he will return.

Is there any chance of them doing an Arthur & Merlin series set in the present? That would be a hoot.

Did you see the episode where Uther married a troll, or the one where Arthur got donkey ears? The finale had NOTHING to do with that show D: They changed so many things from the legend Arthur's age was the least of our concerns; but we got the once and future end of the deal so there's the silver lining.

Oh, that would be too amazing to be real!
