Giant Concept Discussion Post
Okay, guys. We've got a fair number of concepts to get through, so I'm gonna post all of them for discussion now. The Maverick Virus has been dropped due to character existence failure, leaving the Minus Wave to be next.
Proposed Concept: Dying Will Flames.
Description of Concept: In the KHR world, the Dying Will Flames are like the leading source of strength for the men in the mafia. There are seven types of Flames: Sky (Orange), Storm (Red), Rain (Blue), Sun (Yellow), Cloud (Purple), Lightning (Green), and Mist (Indigo), each one identifying with the colors of the rainbow and possesses their own unique characteristics. These Flames are brought out through some sort of medium (it could be anything from guns, to rings, to even forks) and be used for many things (for example, as weapons, as energy sources for certain technological equipments, etc). The Dying Will Flame’s strength is determined by the “determination” and “will” of the user. The stronger the determination, the stronger and purer the flame.
Proposed By: Yamamoto Takeshi (Katekyou Hitman REBORN!). This character is currently inactive: unless their activity improves, this concept will be dropped.
Proposed Concept: Chaos Emeralds
Description of Concept: Seven Emeralds of various colour containing Chaos Energy. An unpredictable form of energy that can have strange effects on people, such as temporally turning a ship of pirates into hippies, to giving someone superpowers to even totally reversing someone personality.
Proposed By: Super Sonic (Sonic the Hedgehog, UK comic canon)
Proposed Concept: Air bubbles
Description of Concept: In Sonic's world, long passages of water will conveniently possess constantly-replenishing air bubbles big enough to breathe in, enabling even someone who can't swim to survive for long periods of time underwater if they can get to them. So basically, what they say on the tin.
Proposed By: Sonic the Hedgehog (Sonic the Hedgehog, game-canon)
Proposed Concept: Rainbow of Light
Description of Concept: We have too much darkness, so have the Rainbow of Light! Your average prism, in the Void, can now fight the Darkness and heal those affected by it.
Proposed By: Firefly (My Little Pony)
Proposed Concept: UG (Underground)
Description of Concept: In The World Ends With You, the dead Players end up in the UG, the Underground. It's not a separate dimension or anything, but rather it's a slightly higher frequency of existence. People in the UG can observe those in the RG, the Realground, or normal world, perfectly fine, though they cannot interact with them. However, those in the RG cannot see those in the UG.
The proposed change would be the existence of the UG. To tie in with other concepts from other universes, the UG can be the explanation of where ghosts and spirits reside, and those with powers to sense such things would have the ability to see those with a higher frequency.

Proposed Concept: Hear the Noises
Description of Concept: Noise are a type of monster that is made from people’s negative feelings (anger, hurt, sadness, etc.). They primarily exist in the Underground and come in multiple forms, depending on who/what negative feeling they come from. They can also be created by Reapers.
They latch onto people experiencing negative feelings, but are otherwise harmless- unless you're in the UG. They attack any non-Reaper in the UG, unless they're partnered.

Proposed Concept: Ramen
Description of Concept: You know those lovely bowls of steaming hot noodles in steaming hot broths with any manner of different ingredients thrown in to spruce up the flavor? With it's enticing aroma and its attractive (or not so attractive if you are woefully inept) appearance. It's as much a form of expression and endearment as it is a delicacy to partake in. some might even call it the truest magic of culinary arts. That...is ramen.
Mod Suggestion - I would treat this as "canteen machine learns to make something new" rather than have bowls of ramen randomly spawn everywhere!

Proposed Concept: Heartless.
Description of Concept: When a person is consumed by negative emotions, they lose their heart, and become what is known as a "Heartless". These Heartless are mindless creatures that think nothing beyond gathering countless hearts from others; they swarm from world to world, varying in sizes, strengths and abilities -- which depends on the strength of the original person's heart -- and they obey the strongest power around, be it a Nobody or a witch. They attack anything that crosses their path, especially those with hearts of their own, and those with strong hearts; however, as proven by the fact that they are known to attack Organization XIII members when uncontrolled, they are not limited to heart-searching -- it is simply the task that they carry out blindly.
The most common form of Heartless, as well as the weakest, is the Shadow, which gather in every world in absolute abundance. They can be killed by any means, although only the Keyblade is able to release the gathered hearts. Shadows possess no particular strengths or unique abilities, apart from their sharp claws and method of flattening themselves against the ground temporarily to sneak around, momentarily untouchable.
