Okay, guys. We've got a fair number of concepts to get through, so I'm gonna post all of them for discussion now. The Maverick Virus has been dropped due to character existence failure, leaving the Minus Wave to be next.

Noise seem similar to Heartless now I think about it...I mean, obviously not that similar (in the same way that each universe does things differently, but how Symbology, Black Magic, Runes, Fonic Artes, etc. are ultimately all magic), but squishing the two together to an extent could lead to interesting results.

Yeah, I thought that too. We could always have, like. idk some normal Noise, some normal Heartless and some squished-together combinations, too.

We could also make Noise be active during the day and the Heartless active during the Dark Hour? Or some combination thereof?

^ Adding to what these two said and if I am able to app character #2 or convince Vivi to do this with Minato, we could add Shadows mixed with these creatures in and have some mixed creatures with Shadow!parts about NOT during the Dark Hour due to being not JUST Shadows.

Otherwise the Dark Hour would be the only time they roamed about. THEN AGAIN if Vivi brings it in and I'm allowed to play someone not from the same canon, but from the same game... well... Tartarus to contain all the baddies sounds like a nifty idea to me. Thoughts? :3

With the UG, I think maybe duel spirits from the YGO canon could go there too, right? I've been meaning to ask this for a while: in our particular canon, there's evidence that it's possible to summon spirits into a tangible manifestation if you have the right powers. Yubel could do it, and there's reasonable evidence that Haou can as well.

So, that said, would it be possible to draw things out of the UG, even if only for a short period of time?

Also, the Rainbow of Light thing makes Juudai RAGE. XD

I kind of intended the UG to be able to tie in with other canon's concepts of spirits and such, so if somebody has the power to manifest the incorporeal, I think it'd make sense for them to... alter a spirit's frequency, drawing them into the RG.

Wouldn't Air Bubbles make things a little too easy for people who can't swim with the whole WATER IN THE VOID thing?

Not really! First, they need to be figured out - who's gonna see a bubble and think "hey, I can breathe that!" other than Sonic, who's used to them? Second, the presence of water was never intended to be a permanent obstacle: the plans to introduce bridges and such above water would also make things too easy, right? :P

Oh! Oh! Also--the Minus Wave during the Dark Hour could make the Heartless/Noise go even more berserk, making it even more dangerous! :^D

Now I just need to convince Vivi to bring in Shadows and tie them and the other concepts together and add the minus wave... like the monsters could just only appear during the Dark Hour or something or in one place... *A* THAT'D ROCKKKKK.

Anyway finally something for Ryoji to grind his skills on! Looks like Death will be doing his job soon. Also, this is going out on a limb here, but I have a question: Regarding the UG: Since Ryoji isn't human and Death and has a Persona and all that happy special stuff, would he be ABLE to see these people and/or the Noise? I'm kind of thinking he could at least sense and communicate with them on some level during the Dark Hour in the least... look, I can't help it if his real form is the cheatcode of the universe. :|

EDIT: And would he be able to harm the Kingdom Hearts-verse!Shadows (the Heartless), would they not attack him at all, or... what? I mean he IS a Shadow, just... in a human form and another 'type', so to speak. And I'm not even entirely sure if a *real* heart exists in his body at all

Wellll, the Heartless are known to attack whatever's around, but it depends on if they would see him as one of their own... I guess that's up to you! ♥ The Heartless are really not smart at all, so if he's a little too different for their liking, they'd attack him -- but, if you'd like, you could say that with the whole "representation of negativity/darkness/masks", they're similar enough that the Heartless just see him as a stronger one of their own.

Guhhh I will need to consider this more when I am not fighting off an illness here. Honestly with Ryoji, I imagine the effect with the shadow!Heartless would probably be similar to being attacked and then when the Dark Hour rolls around them just... not attacking him because his Shadowness is more obvious.

And with the Minus Wave now in effect... hoo boy. I'd hate to allow Ryoji to control those little buggers, y'know? He's a strong kid, but eventually, something would give. I'd hate to see him like he was BEFORE he got those things called "emotions" again. On the other hand, the idea as a whole seems like a good chance for me to just be an evil bitch and be mean to Ryoji and make him do something he'll regret later... IDK MAN I NEED TO GET MY MINATO IN ON THIS.

IT COULD BE FUN: Suddenly the sweet Death has an issue during the Dark Hour and is not so sweet anymore~
