NYE (again)

Further to my earlier post on the matter, I'm still feeling kind of lost as to how to see in 2007. We don't want 2007 to think we're rude now, do we?

I picked up a flyer yesterday for The Torture Garden's NYE ball* in Brixton, which does look cool. It's £35 a ticket for non-members, which is rather a lot (especially since I did wuss out of going ( Read more... )

I'd love to try out TG later in the year, but January is turning into a bit of a money pit as it is...have fun, hope the handcuffs don't chafe..!

Got to be honest, I'm not hugely keen on going to TG. I haven't been that impressed with the ones I've been to previously, and £35 is a lot. Slimes maybe? Will try and see what else there is lurking around.

I didn't think you'd ever been before? Or am I getting you confused with somebody else? Well, I just thought I'd throw TG into the debate as another possible option, but frankly I'm not that bothered how I mark the occasion, just as long as it's not staying home and watching Angus f-ing Deayton, or whoever presents the festivities these days.

I'd be up for Slimes, if you want to do that - hopefully Dave and Leanne will be there, plus some other familiar faces, no doubt.
