so, the frantic feeling has almost subsided - i've got mum a huge stach of DVDs - not sure how many she will actually like but since the most expencive was $14 (when harry met sally) and we got a free one she has about 7 dvds.. and on the way home i stopped by the elcheapo book place Ned got her a cople of cross word books and then at woolies we

also honey (just curious here) what would happen if owen were to show up at your mum's only to find arthur there? perhaps they might kill each other?

two things are possible...

(a) if arthur thinks owen knows what is goign on he will lock himself and hide so tha tthe house looks empty - because i changed the locks owen won't be able to get in...

(b) arthur is a master liar - who actually reported mum as a missing person (possibly kidnapped by her evil children) to the police after breaking onto her house and finding her absent.

either way - if owen is violent with arthur it will be bad for mum and i in court,,, it's possible owen will head to my house to take out his frustrations - all this will be my fault as mum is my responsibility in the head of owen... OR he could arrive at the hostel while i am there...

i don't know what is goign to happen but i *know* it's going to get ugly...
