Just got back from a showing of the movie Serenity... I must say, probably the most entertaining movie I've seen in a long time. ^_

I agree, Serenity was pretty darn good. I really hope for a second one! Though it was funny to see how "TV" the shooting and acting were at times.

Yes, Firefly is great. I love Joss Whedon's dorky humor XD but after full seasons of Buffy and Angel, I can kind of predict his jokes XP

I managed to watch some of the tv series last night since Jakob went out to buy the entire set. Some of the scenes are so ridiculously funny in a Tarantino way in that we're lauging at people getting killed XDD (the scene with the buff guy getting kicked into the exhaust was sooooo funny XD)

But overall I like the movie more; faster and more intense pacing :D It's really surprising they killed off some main characters, I guess maybe it's their way of saying 'we don't want to continue this anymore' or something.

Oh and THE CHINESE WAS REALLY BAD GOOD GOD. Derek and I kept cringing/laughing at the terrible chinese being spoken (and most of the time I couldn't even understand it coz it was so badly pronounced).
