For those of you following along, Mom has chosen to dump Surgeon and go with small-regional-wound-clinic-in-rural-hospital. The home nursing service has obligingly shifted with her. I don't get Facebook. Two people I know from TXF fandom are doing a rewatch discussion (of a different television show) on Facebook. In a closed community. Using their real identities.

When I heard this, I just about dropped in my tracks. Real identities. CLOSED COMMUNITY? FACEBOOK!

Sorry.

The thing is my Facebook isn't even in my real name. It's my made up name. I don't want my real name all over the internet, thank you very much.

If this is the future of fandom, I see no place for me in it.

I'm glad your mother is doing better.

Can you just block your ex?
