I blew a tire today running errands and am on the hook for four new ones due to...something or another about all-wheel drive. Ill-afforded at this point. I'll be living with a concrete floor a while longer, I guess.

Also Open Office closed on me while I was working on my presentation...and the recovery didn't keep any of the changes I'd made. I'd ( Read more... )

Every time you talk about the people on your PTA, they sound kinda gross. :/

Eep. I do paint them that way, don't I? There are lots of nice people there, but they tend (like me) to be the silent ones. I do wade into controversies but it's painful for me to speak out, especially in dissent. If I'm not in dissent I'm content to nod and smile. We've have had a couple of really nice presidents, and I'm very fond of a couple of the teacher reps ( ... )
