All's well.

So the person who had the idea that I wanted to use in my very different story said it was cool, so I'll be posting it. Yay! (Er, when I finish. Heh.)

And take a look -- I keep reading articles like this about Bush and his gung-ho attitude about banning gay marriage, and it just makes me want to blow massive chunks. BUSH, YOU ARE TRYING TO ( Read more... )

Any rules about vice presidents having to be natural born citizens...? Let's see... I could actually run by the year 2020... I'll be 36 by then. Have you as my running mate. *G*

Lia/Vixy 2020. *snickers*

Though, why ANYONE would want to be President is beyond me...

Vice President has to be able to legally take over as President. So no :( Why people would want it is beyond me, too.

Damn. Was worth a shot.

I have no idea why anyone would want to be president. The stress would kill me.

Damn rules of US government -- I want to be a government official! But as thistlerose says, I could be a governor. Hmm, and control Georgia . . . *rubs chin*

You could be a governor...and control an entire state.

Oooh! I'd have to run up north, because these good ol' boys down here don't think that anywhere outside of the house is a good place for a woman. Oh, and they don't like colored folk down here, and since I'm yellow . . . (totally kidding . . . sort of.)

:D

I too think a woman's place is the house: the White House, the House of Congress, the House of Representatives, and the Court House. We are 51% of the population. It is high time we took over and started running the show because clearly the men can't get their acts together.

You might like this icon. A friend of mine sent it to me, but I don't know the LJ name of the third party who made it.

You weren't born in the U.S.? Where were you born? *insatiably curious*

I can't wait to go see The Incredibles. Just the trailer cracks me up. :D

I'm starting to develop the head in the sand mentality about some of the stuff that Bush is saying. Bad, I know, but I'd rather not expire over the next four years from the pissed offed-ness.

Hugh is married?? *mourns*

Ooooh, your icon! *gushes about favorite Disney movie of all time*

And I was born in Japan. In a Japanese hospital, though my dad is American and was stationed there while he was in the Navy, which made me both a US citizen AND a Japanese citizen until I was 16. (I'm half Japanese.)

I can't help the pissed-offness. Especially since I'm surrounded by the people who voted both for Bush AND the ban. :( Rarr.

And yes, sadly, Hugh is married. And they have a son together. But that shall not stop me! I shall have him! Hugh is my Sirius! (see icon)
