I don't see anything wrong with keeping them around for when you need them. It's not like a wedding ring, or heck, not even like a cock ring. They're a disposable one use consumer product. No ickiness and no loyalty is attached. Doubt karma is going to get you. I almost always end up with half a box of tampons in my bathroom after a relationship end. They get used in the next relationship. I've yet to have a woman complain that they were there for her or have her run away screaming.

Now, if they're magnums and the next guy doesn't measure up, well, then there might be a problem.
