I have a couple If questions. Keep in mind I'm a non-vidder here.

Are all premiere vids submitted by the vidder? Do VJs usually submit all their playlist? Is Club Vivid submitted? Can anyone but a VJ submit a vid?

If a 3rd party submits a vid, is there any mechanism to get content notes? A link to AO3/wherever the vidder themselves posted it, a statement from the vidder...? I'm assuming it would need to come directly from the vidder, but let me know if I'm wrong.
