I lost 10 kgs in 60 days (around 5 kgs in 30 days) doing "Kapalbhati Pranayam" 15 minutes in the morning. And also I didn't have to diet for that just that eat healthy, hygenic.
Yoga is really powerful. Now I do daily 20-30 minutes in the morning. 15 min of Kapalbhati Pranayam is equivalent to 2 hours of workout in Gym, really you will be tired after doing that.

Ask her to do "Kapalbhati", really, because it balances your body according to your height. So if you are underweight then you will gain the required amount of weight if you are overweight then you will lose the desired amount.

Aap "Kapalbhati" pe ek blog entry kyun nahin karte? Waise hum sab mein, jyadatar log ya to "underweight" hain ya "overweight" :-), to yeh jaankari sabhi ke liye upyukt hogi!
