on the way home, i started coveting this girl's green christian louboutin peep toe pumps. and then, as i stared at them, the heel on the right shoe broke.

i finished the wind-up bird chronicle by haruki murakami last night. blake asked if i could read it so he could discuss it with someone. understandably so. it is a very confusing, surrealistic work. most of the time i had no idea what was going on or why.
if anyone else has read it, what are your impressions?

the past four days i've woken up in tennessee, recognizing how lucky i am to be falling in love with one of my best friends.
