 Good news and bad news. Good news: They want me to take the class to get licensed and start training. Bad news: The course is $230.00; there's a $90.00 fee for the MLS website use (for listings and networking); there's a $120.00 fee for the business cards; not to mention the cost of the test itself (also pays for the license). What field is this possible new job in? Do you think getting the certificate can help you get a job even if this one doesn't accept you?

It's a Real Estate position, so the license is required by state law.
