Good news and bad news. Good news: They want me to take the class to get licensed and start training. Bad news: The course is $230.00; there's a $90.00 fee for the MLS website use (for listings and networking); there's a $120.00 fee for the business cards; not to mention the cost of the test itself (also pays for the license). So, I'm looking at about a $500.00 investment in this career.
The question is, do I really want to make that kind of investment in a career where I'm not -guaranteed- an income? It's a pricey investment, considering how little I earn at my current job...
