Food Pyramid Review

 When I heard you could tailor the new food pyramid to your body at mypyramid.gov, I got pretty interested. So I plugged in my stats and chose "food guide to be a new healthy you". The nice thing about veggies is that most of them your body doesn't do much with the calories from them. Complex carbs are hard to digest so they just get pushed on through. Though I'm guessing that you probably know this already.
