Food Pyramid Review

 When I heard you could tailor the new food pyramid to your body at mypyramid.gov, I got pretty interested. So I plugged in my stats and chose "food guide to be a new healthy you". The calorie recommendation for me to LOSE weight at 45 min of activity a day is 2200 CALORES. WHAT?! Now I don't keep a food journal, but I am aware of the volume of what I eat. I probably eat around 1800 calories a day. If I ate 2200, I'd gain back all the 25 pounds I lost within, oh I don't know, a month? No wonder we are fat. Even if you eat extremely healthy, like I do (mostly veggies, fruits, whole grains, and meat), that doesn't mean you can pack on the calories.
