my vitiligo didn't show up until I was about 23 or 24, so my experience may be different than yours

hey uptow_cj. I've had vitiligo for as long as i can remember. Also being south asian i get no support from family..and am alienated from almost everything. i always get comments on how i wont get married, and i wont get future career jobs. Vitiligo affects me every day and I've let it take over my whole life. I think it more difficult for a female because of the stigma attatched to us. you know guirls have to look a certain way blabla. but pretty much im trying to get some support . i've tried a nbew theory with meditation. I've heard in some cases it does heal physical features. I've tried this for 3 weeks and am noticing repigmentation. IM so exciteedd and il let you know how that goes. I think the key to this is strong belief confidence and los of hope. Never give up be strong!

I'm not from this community but I wanted to tell you not to give up on your dating life- Personally, I happen to find people with melatonin imperfections very attractive, whether it be vitiligo or a person covered in freckles or oddly shaped birthmarks across their face, etc. I think it makes them more beautiful just because of the amount of character it conveys.

Hey, Im about to be 19. Last year I noticed light splotches on my lower back and its spread to my you know what and the back of my thigh a little bit. Its not White but uts probably a light tan colr. Do you think this might be a mild case? Im a medium golden brown color by the way. How fast do you think it might spread as time goes on? I know its something just not sure if its Vitiligo
