Vitamin-D fail...

So, there's been some new studies lately that many people aren't getting enough vitamin-D. It's produced by your skin in response to sunlight exposure. It helps with general maintenance of various organs. It does sound possible that it could be genetic, and also a reason for why you've felt low - though that's a heffa amount of pills to need to take =/

Turns out (upon asking my dad) I don't have to take quite that many! He just had to take so many because it was soooo low, I only have to take few each day :)

I leave you alone for Fiiiiiveee minutes and you break. Lol I hope this is what's wrong with you, ever since you moved up there you went back to being the snowy hermit of the hill and my tori was usually the first one up the grapefruit tree and the first one to go skating around the block every morning.

hey if you ever need help with the renaissance clothes I have a ton of patterns/knowhow. Being a garb maven in the SCA has its perks. :D

AWESOME!

What patterns do you have? I could do with a hat... can't think of what else I need. Do you have a nice, simple dress pattern? (Like an overdress, one that you wear a shirt under, preferably the dress is sleveless or short sleeved.) What's your favorite pattern.
