What to do, What to do... at the Zoo

So, I'm starting to run low on Cashola... and there are two (2) Positions available.  1 in Carnivores and 1 in Hoofstock. 
What do I want to do??

Well duh, I want to work with the big dangerous animals!!!  Of course!
