I posted this to one of the WTF comm's a bit-bit ago, mostly because of the lack of communication between the officers-one half say release zee dog, the other says 'Hell with it, shoot to kill!', and there goes Rin-Tin-Tin. And the fact that I believe its protocol to warn before you shoot. But thats just me. Oh and Tyciol, he totally is...His metabolism rocks and he can eat the popcorn till he dies and not gain an ounce! Ugh, so jealous!
I understand what your saying, and I even agree with it. But I still stand by the lack of communication between the officers is what gets me. This is actually the 'short' version, the other is about 20 seconds longer and it shows the kid...surrendering I think. Basically he says not to release the dog, he'll come quietly. Also, was 80 rounds necessary? Ten seems good enough, hell-with good aim less than five should have been sufficient.
