The first time I heard it was at my supervisors small X-Mas party. It was her, her boyfriend, myself, my roomie Jenny, and our friend Kevin.
Her boyfriend put on their record and skipped right to that track, "Ya gotta hear this guys!"
It was also the first time I heard anything by Modest Mouse. He put on one of their old records after that one...
Her boyfriend's name is Richard Loven. I swear to Jebus... Dick Loven. Man, we had fun with our supervisor after meeting him.
Now they're engaged and living in Seattle.
