I know, I hate the weather and not having snow! I guess it's better than what Colorado is getting, though.

I would die if my parents didn't put up the tree and I don't live at home! Sad.

I heard there's a blizzard coming across to the Midwest. I hope so. I wouldn't mind being snowwed in as long as it's a White Christmas.

Colorado is experiencing the blizzard. Denver shut down its airport thru Friday. And according to the WI ten-day forecast, there won't be any snow in the next week...

Snow is a Christmas requirement when you grew up in Wisconsin.. and have always had white Christmases. :( It's the only Christmas I know... and without snow it just doesn't feel the same.

Call me a bitch, but I've never felt like I really had a family so that doesn't really play much into it for me, because I barely know what family fucking is. Or at least, what it "family" supposedly is.

Friends were never allowed on Christmas because it was "family time" a.k.a. time for us to sit in separate rooms, drown ourselves in distraction, and loathe each other silently. Christmas is basically a hostage situation for me.

The good parts of Christmas to me are: snow, carols, Christmas music on the radio, trees, lights, and religion. So when I'm missing the few things I actually enjoy about the season, I don't think I'm being shallow or whining without cause.
