why do people insist on not listening to a child's mother?  i know that i'm new to the whole parenting thing, but i do have four plus weeks of experience with my own child, which is thirty days more than you.  so don't you think that it would behoove you to perhaps ask my opinion on whether or not he needs to be "put to bed" before you do it and

Well... :)... I can only imagine how frustrating she's being and how not helpful it is to step in and not consider your feelings about everything. There is a fine line. You have had him 30 days (that is so cute, btw).

Bear in mind that she is Terry though... and sans filter generally. Only til Sunday, and I'll hold the baby all Friday without qualms. That can be your day off :)
