Bitchery in the Bookstores

I've been browsing Kill Me, Kiss Me by Lee Young Yuu, and it's frustrating me. The art is an obstacle and somewhat confusing to me, but my main problems are that the series keeps toying with interesting plot matters then dropping them and that there seems to be 20 characters, many of whom look similar and have similar character traits. Have you heard that there's a new publisher launching that plans to specialize in manwha? One of the titles they've already licensed is Angel Diary by the same team that did Demon Diary.

I hadn't heard! Angel Diary, huh? Is it connected to Demon Diary by anything aside from the creative team do you know?

For those who don't want to read the whole press release (it announces the formation of the publishing company and introduces the first four titles they've licensed), the publisher is called ICE Kunion, and here's the bit about Angel Diary:

I figure the art will be pretty if nothing else.
