The wave of heat and humidity has been messing me up lately, and I'm doing my best to get through it. I need to start writing again, but I lose the words when I reach my computer.

I enjoyed the writing of the genre descriptions: "Celebrate Sci-Fi and Fantasy Subgenres with These 64 Books."

I personally don't use the silicone brush to apply moisturizers, serums, or masks because it's a bit stiff for my tastes; I continue to use my fingertips. Some sets come without the silicone brush if desired.

i ended up getting a jade set that only had the roller and the gwa sha, because i don't put anything on my face or body that isn't fragrance-free lubriderm. but the cool massage idea seems like a good one. my face no longer looks like i smile often because i don't. but i don't use oils or serums because my acne rosacea screams FU and so...i'd just like a nice cool 'please relax' now and then. i don't even wash my face with anything; i splash it with water when i bathe, then wash my hair and body, and a little dab of lotion for my face and more for my arms/legs and sometimes lotions and cotton socks for my hands and feet to sleep with. my body is just happiest with minimal involvement. beautification things are nope unless i'm putting on minimal makeup to go out, and that's pretty much 'powder nose, blush, eyeshadow, draw on face with liquid eyeliner, lipstick, ready to go'.

of course, i got a smaller green jade pair (not the full set) and while they are working (you know you have problems when just lightly rolling it across your face results in 'OW!') i...had to report to amazon. because the company that i bought from attempted to buy a REVIEW from me. they were tricksy, too, the amazon 'gift card' looked almost real.

...i still intend to buy a set for my mom because it feels great. and no, i won't leave and haven't left a review.

Damn. Is it the same company as the one I got my rose quartz rollers from? They were a gift so I don't know if the giver was hassled.
