The government is riddled with obstacles. I'm sorry you're having such a rough time with no one to help out. It sounds incredibly frustrating. I hope things are worked out after all that trouble.

Thanks. My just-checking call today showed that they're not yet. Hopefully the person I talked to will really get my case expedited, but Monday being a national, government holiday isn't helping at all.
