When I tried to factory reset my iPhone through iTunes today, the way I did last year, I got this message box: "Software for this iPhone (5S) is not currently available. Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes and try again." So I checked, and I do have the latest version of iTunes. Tried again. Same message box pops up! What do I do now?

I'm sorry V but the problem is that these services are no longer compatible for today's technology. Some of the reasons the only documents you can find to support this are so old when you do a search is because that is where the story ends

I just found out my router settings aRe not compatible with Apple. Fun. It makes my laptop and iPhone batshit.
