I've been in massive pain most of this week due to very cold temperatures and bad weather, and thus my endurance for... anything, driving, staying awake, concentrating hasn't been at its best. I haven't been writing, I haven't been doing much of anything aside from sleeping

Oh dear, that sounds really bad. I'm very sorry you're in so much pain. I just hope the cold will let up soon, so you can feel better again. Try to get some rest. My best wishes to you.
