Working on "Glass Houses," it strikes me that Crawford and Schuldig each have an egocentric reaction to their clones, though different ones. Crawford is all "There can be only one! ME," while Schuldig sees his clones as part of him.
Suppose thats the difference between a precog and a telepath... though considering how Schuldig often claims everything is about him I'm surprised he doesn't share Crawford's reaction...
No, no, everything is Schuldig. (Schuldig is one with everything?) Thus, his clone babies are part of him, there to be played with and manipulated! Crawford mostly wants his dead. They're inferior and not worth improving.
Hi. Have been seriously MIA from LJ. Did check in a few times to see if GH had been updated & didn't thank you for those posts at the time so I want to do so now. I really do enjoy the story. Do you have any plans to pursue the South American Esset branch of the story & discovering Schu's sister? You write a nice action plot & I do miss them
( ... )
I didn't get back to you sooner because the "Glass Houses" piece I was working on dealt with Schuldig and his clones and I didn't want to spoil you on anything. It's up now, and I hope you like it. ::hugs::

Spoiler, spoiler, spoiler. *g* Though I can say that so far I have no plans to take Schwarz to South America.

And "Schuldig is one with everything" is a rather frightening thought... ugh telepaths play with your mind even when they're not trying... disturbing.
(and nice icon XD)

Schuldig plays with your mind just existing.
(We both have excellent taste.)
