Less Than Just Car Insurance

Now Jackass' employer's insurance company is refusing to pay my car damages. They've decided they'll trust the lies the driver gave them, even though the police accident report (which I've faxed them) agreed with me, since that way they don't have to spend money on me. I've told GEICO it's about time they take these people on. This is ridiculous.

I was half expecting the other guy's insurance company to try to screw me from the beginning, because that's how my life goes.

As for GEICO, other than the unquestioned injury insurance stuff it's been providing I've had a lot of moments of "What am I paying you for?"
