I just found out something fun that I think you'd appreciate. Do you remember that building I showed you on Fashion's Night Out that had a classical stone bottom and a crazy tall modern skyscraper rising out of it? It turns out that it was always meant to be a stone base with a skyscraper rising out of it, but the Great Depression postponed the making of the skyscraper part... for nearly 80 years! Though I doubt the original skyscraper design in the late 1920s looked like what they ended up with recently.
