Office Fauna

Lady J has been mentioning mouse (of the furry, nose-twitching variety) problems, which made me nostalgic. My office gets mice a lot, though not at the moment, and I miss the little guys. I *knew* your job couldn't be all that boring... Shall I keep my fingers crossed for little furry to come back?

Oh, and do you want some suggestions for songs to replace "Amazed"? *g* I mean, um, the Tindersticks album Curtains is quite nice. Or you could always listen to Gua... okay, won't go there.

Oh, a new little furry should be along any day now.

"Amazed" is stuck in the jukebox inside my brain, trading off to "60 Miles an Hour" by New Order once in a while. It's harder to change my gray matter playlist, though I have been trying. I played one of my Days of the New album three times over last night to overwrite it, but my this morning I had Poe singing, "I'm amazed / When push comes to shove what I give to you...." as I returned to work. I'm not allowed music at work, s what's in my head is all I have.
