I've just started playing violin. I've got a blue stagg electric violin. The problem I'm experiencing is that my left shoulder starts to really ache after a while. Does this get better with time. Lately I have been experimenting with taking stuff off my violin. Like for the past couple of months I have been playing without a shoulder rest.
