*Our AC is fixed now. Why they had to arrive at 7a for a job that took an hour, I don't know. But though I'm sleepy, I no longer have to empty a bucket of water every 8 hours or risk flooding my apartment (not to mention the downstairs neighbours' apartment ( Read more... )

oh sure - you disappear for weeks at a time, only to pop-up and throw a few shots in my direction.

I'm sorry. Ours was an easy fix (a hose just needed to be run to the roof), so I can't imagine why it took so long for the landlord to take care of it. Ugh.

i googled the knifty knitter, and it looks like fun. are you making a magic scarf?

i have an inexpensive knitting machine that i never use, partly because i don't at the moment have a place to do so but mostly because it doesn't seem to make things any easier or more quickly than by hand.
