Good Stuffs
*Our AC is fixed now. Why they had to arrive at 7a for a job that took an hour, I don't know. But though I'm sleepy, I no longer have to empty a bucket of water every 8 hours or risk flooding my apartment (not to mention the downstairs neighbours' apartment).
*I taught a friend how to cable last night. Yay for converting more knitters.
*Our apartment is very nearly clean. The boy has almost completed his share of the work; I've about half mine left. Bleh. But it's awesome having it clean. It's just a shame it gets dirty so fast.
*I'm going to have a crafty corner (eventually). It's going to have a turquoise/ocean blue set of shelves and table top. My sewing maching, knitting machine, crafty books, and all my stashes (fabric and yarn) will fit over there). Very very cool and exciting.
*ZS is having a movie night at The Royale on 3Sep. Bring five more more cans of food, preferably high in protein and that you'd like to eat, as your admission. It'll benefit Feed My People, whose stores were greatly diminished in the power outages last month.
