Have you read Connie Willis's Blackout/All Clear? If so, I'd love to see your take on Michael.
If not, how about something Wimseyish with Harriet and St George, with the prompt "Peter" (because it's always about Peter when those two are talking!).
I have read Blackout/All Clear. It was last year, though, so I might need to refresh my memory. Challenge accepted! ;)
BTW- I was totally going to respond to yours with a request for something Wimseyish, but I've completely (embarassingly) forgotten the name of one of the characters and am currently digging for my copy of Strong Poison to figure it out!
Viscount St. George and Harriet, from Sayers. (I always imagined that, besides liking to get his uncle's goat, he actually truly had an unrequited passion for her - possibly because she was sensible and serious, unlike all the many other young women he dated.)
(And, if the above isn't possible, you know I'm always in love with any June/Albus your fingertips manage to spin out :).)

Albus took her hand in his, looking rather serious, and slid his other arm around her waist.
June laughed, shaking her head at him. “Oh, you’ll dance with me now, will you?”
“Yes,” he said, not laughing with her.
“Oh, Albus. You really do make things hard on yourself, don't you?”
“Because I prefer to keep my private life private?”
“Private life?” she replied lightly, trying to ignore the sinking feeling in her gut. She'd thought he let this all go years ago, when she'd refused him the first time. “It's just a dance.”

I <3 them, too. :) No pressure, of course, but I am really interested in your thoughts on the Solitude Sessions when you finally get there. I think it's imperfect and still not exactly quite the story I wanted to tell, but I do feel like I nailed some of the character stuff. I'd love to hear whether it works for you.
“Look, she's probably never going to be my favorite person in the world. She's marrying Bill and no one would be good enough to marry Bill. He's like one hundred percent awesome all the time.”
“Hmm,” was all Hermione said in reply.
Ginny stuck her head through the fitting room curtain and frowned out at her. “What?”
“Just wondering if this is just about Bill, or if you're going to feel that way about all your brothers...” There was something in Hermione's tone, something that Ginny had been suspecting for a while now.
“I guess we won't know until the rest of them actually manage to find girlfriends.” She watched Hermione's reaction closely - not a twitch. So, changing the subject, she said, “The bridesmaid dresses put the 'whore' in 'horrible.' I’m not kidding...” She emerged from behind the curtain. “See?”

How about both? :) I had ten slots open and they haven't all been filled.
Glad you like the LGM fic! I actually think I have a couple more Jimmy/Yves pieces, apart from the longer fic, in the archives here, if you're interested.

There are four more slots open. Go nuts! ;)
Re: Hannah -- I'm not even sure whether explaining her backstory would make sense at this point. There's a whole lot that has to happen before we get to her and it might just be confusing. I will share this: Susanne isn't her mom, but Byers is her dad. :)
