Yup. Cousin Opal was clearly keen on a fancy capital for her name. It is a very weird O though. It's the one in Otis that made me twig and then I did some googling; I'd heard of towns called Otis and when I realised there was one in Oregon, I knew we had our O.
I don't know why I knew the name Oviatt because it is very unusual but I knew that had to be a v not a u and therefore it had to be a vowel. And Floy Oviatt is not at all a common sort of name.
