I wanted to make a video of this, but it's the middle of summer,and the cooler for the house is in the kitchen- and it makes too much noise!

i don't add salt to recipes (except for yeast based breads)...i get low sodium organic soup too....

but should we be worried about salt here?

I'm glad that you do but 'edible' seems to have a different meaning. Still, can't claim to do any better myself.
