I suppose  210 calories for a half pound serving isn't too bad. I've never broiled chicken; it sems strange that 30 minutes total cooking time would be enough.

My mother makes this chicken recipe, has for years. Watching TV, I saw this ad in the 1980's for these Stouffer's or something recipe cards you could send for. One was "Chicken [à la] Diane" and it "only took 30 mins." The picture on TV looked just like this recipe, and only took 30 mins.
