i just checked ebay and they have booklets with that title but a different cover and i think it's a few years later...i bet it has the same recipes though as it's from the culinary arts institute! with shipping i think you could get it for $8 or less!

That boy's hair frightens me.

I like to cook hearts when I can get them, but I usually just slice thin and pan fry. I never thought of stuffing one.

That is one fascinating cookbook. I'm with you on that...I WANT IT. It would be interesting to see what they recommend for girls vs. boys...I'm sure that there are some gender differences.
