I bring it up now because a majority of the city is currently unsatisfied with matters. I do not believe we can enact such a scheme with haste, it will take work. But we can take advantage of their current frustration.

Observing the inner city for a few days, studying it from every angle, seeking a weak spot. Working with allies to attack said weak spot. When the walls are breached, entering and seeking after our concerns, such as laboratories or information.
I believe the true issues will only arise when we are inside, since I can think of no way to garner information on the placement of their assets.

I am just curious but do you happen have someone who could easily gain the trust of several influential members of this world? Someone who could get information on people that would otherwise be hard to obtain?
