I still don't have a mobile phone, so for me the answer to the first question would be email > face to face > phone call.

Same order for me! I always preferred to go and see someone at work rather than ring them, but it so annoyed me that if they got a call, that overrode me being there in person. Now I work from home, I'll accept calls, but will still email or text rather then make them.

It's an odd question given that people still don't go anywhere much these days. Maybe it's a holiday weekend in Canada where the questions came from?

I would love the choice to sleep 8 hours! I'm lucky to get 7 at the moment.

7 is good! I usually get between 7 and 8, but sometimes, like last night when my RLS kicks in (so to speak), I get only 5-6. This doesn't seem to affect me much though.
