This year has been hectic for me and it was a challenge to stay up on what was going on in the rest of the world. This list isn't complete and was compiled in about 15 minutes. These songs were the ones that kept me connected to the rest of the world in some way. They're not in order either. I do listen to more than just pop music ok!!!

i totally get the hype around it but you know jay and kanye simply made it for controversy etc.
